IMPORTANT BHS JUNIORS
A second Meningitis vaccine is required by law before starting your senior year. This year before Juniors are able to schedule classes for the 2023-2024 school year they must have proof of this vaccine being completed. In an attempt to help with this we have scheduled a vaccine clinic with sinks pharmacy on April 18th. It is your choice to participate in this clinic. You are able to get this vaccine through your student’s regular doctor or the health department, it just has to be completed by April 18th and documentation received by the nurse. If you know your student has already received this vaccine please make sure to notify the nurse to make sure there is a record of it.
If you wish to participate in the vaccine clinic please contact the nurse to obtain a consent form. Consent forms must be filled out, signed, and an insurance card attached. Please have this turned into the nurse by March 31st.
