Anthony is our May student of the month. He is a 6th grader at Bland Middle School. He was nominated by Mrs. D. Edwards and Mrs. Moore. They both say he is respectful and maintains a positive attitude, models appropriate behaviors, uses good manners and is polite. He is responsible by coming to class prepared and on time. He follows all directions the first time they are given. Mrs. D. Edwards specifically stated that he is a positive role model. He achieves great things and is always looking to learn! Mrs. Moore reported that Anthony has worked hard getting out of his comfort zone of speaking during their skit for the gifted class when they competed at the state level. Both teachers feel this is why Anthony should be the student of the month.
