The Maries County R-II School District is pleased to announce the addition of Grace Cooke as our Middle School/High School Instrumental Music Instructor for the 2033-2024 school year.
Grace received her Bachelors Degree in Music with Instrumental K-12 certification from Lindenwood University. During her educational, career she also taught art for the Francis Howell School District during their summer school programs. This will be Grace’s 1st year as a fully certified instructor.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys reading, playing video games, fishing, kayaking, and writing music.
When asked about joining the Maries R-2 School District Grace commented, “This will be my first year teaching, and I'm excited to do so in such a caring and supporting community. I'm also from a small town, and I was so fortunate for the amazing teachers and opportunities I had while in high school. I'm eager to give back as an educator and become a part of the Belle community.”
