Cool moment at the chicken show today. BHS Alum, Jessi Jo Schweer, now works for Dept of Ag and came down to do the new blood test requirement for chickens over 4 months of age to test for a strain of salmonella. The little showman had many questions and she was happy to teach them all about it.
