Maries County R-2 School District

Priority 4 of our CSIP plan is that the Board of Education and Administrators will conduct school business in a transparent manner.
Strategies under this priority are to:
* maintain effective operations
* maintain transparency and accountability with regard to district finances
* maintain financial priority to ensure student and staff safety
* improve district facilities

This month:
September Board of Education meeting was held on September 30, 2025.
Law enforcement held an Emergency Operations Planning meeting.
Bus safety was taught at the Elementary and Middle School.
New school zone flashers were installed at the Belle campus and are waiting to be installed at the Bland campus on Hwy 28.
