CSIP Priority Goal 1: ALL students will graduate college, career and life ready. Within this goal, one of the strategies is to develop ICAP's for all of our 8th graders. An ICAP is an individual career and acdemic plan. They are developed in 8th grade with Mr. Schultz and they are reviewed annually in 9th-12th grade with Mr. Feeler as students schedule their courses for the year. All students are mandated to develop an ICAP and 100% of our 8th graders develop one during their 8th grade year. Mr. Schultz meets with 8th graders for a semester class - Missouri Connections.
