Are you ready to enroll a student into Kindergarten?
Kindergarten Students must be 5 years old before August 1, 2021 to enroll into Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year. This is a state wide requirement.
1. We will need a copy of an official document to verify your child's date of birth. This could include a copy of their birth certificate, a passport, a record from the doctor's office or another official document.
2. Immunization records
3. Your photo ID
4. Any legal documents pertaining to the student (custody papers, guardianship documents, ex parte orders, etc.)
5. Proof of your residency dated within the last 60 days that include the parent/legal guardian's name and address. This could include a utility bill; satellite bill, phone bill, signed copy of your lease, a DFS or Social Services document or your paycheck stub.
