Please take a minute and look over the 2021-2022 Missouri School Immunization Requirements. Over the next few weeks, you will have time to get the booster shot needed for school. If your student gets an immunization or has gotten an immunization since this time last year, please make a copy of the immunization record and send it to school to the building nurse. The school nurses will be reviewing records when they return to school in August.
