Arielle Sutton

The Maries County R-II School District has announced the hiring of Arielle Sutton as one of Belle High School's English instructors for the 2021-2022 school year. 

Ms. Sutton began her teaching career in the Stoutland R-II School District where she has spent the last three years teaching 8-12 Language Arts. This will be her fourth year in education. Arielle received both her bachelor's degree in English and master's degree in education (with an emphasis in secondary English) from Truman State University located in Kirksville, Missouri. 

Arielle has a betta fish name Zidane, and is planning on adopting a cat soon! She is an avid reader, writer, and gamer. She enjoys outdoor activities such as riding ATV's, camping, and kayaking. 

When asked about joining Maries R-II Arielle commented, "I'm excited to become part of the community at Belle because I can't wait to share my love of reading with students and provide an awesome learning environment where we can have fun and discover new things about ourselves and the world!"
