In a Special Meeting Monday evening, returning Board of Education members Joey Butler and Dawn Hicks took their oath of office for their next term on the Board of Education. Mr. Butler will be serving in his 5th term on the Board. Mrs. Hicks will be serving her 3rd term on the Board.
During the meeting, the reorganization of the board was conducted. The following officers were elected by the Board of Education: President - Joey Butler; Vice President - Kenda Sanders; Secretary - Dawn Hicks; Treasurer - Sara Rehmert; MSBA Delegate - Joey Butler; and MSBA Alternate Delegate - Garret Bialczyk.
The next regular session of the Board of Education will be Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
