Registration for new kindergarten and preschool students has started at Belle Elementary School. Registration for Kindergarten is open to all children who will be 5 years old by August 1, 2022. Parents should contact the Belle Elementary secretary if they have not registered for screening. Teachers and staff are finishing up Day 2 of screenings today. They will finish the screenings for anyone who has not yet been screened for Kindergarten during Summer School.
Registration for Preschool is open to all children who will be 3 years old by August 1, 2022. There are limited spaces for preschool and students can be added to a waiting list if they have not already been screened.
If you have a student who will be 5 by August 1, 2022, and you have NOT yet been screened, you will need the following documents for registration:
1. At least one proof of residency, which can include any of the following: a house deed, mortgage statement, rental lease agreement, a letter from an apartment manager stating that the parent occupies a building in Maries Co. R 2's boundaries, or an electric bill. The document must contain your physical address (not a PO Box).
2. Proof of immunizations
3. Copy of your students State Birth Certificate.
