Mrs. Shipley, 5th grade teacher, was recognized as the Middle School Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Shipley has worked for the Bland Middle School since 2015 as a 5th grade teacher.
"I feel I do make a difference in the lives of my students. I am professional with co-workers and admin. I always greet students and co-workers with a smile. I have always told any student, current and past, to come to me if they need to talk, and I have many that do. I am willing to take on any responsibility I am given and do with enthusiasm."
