October is National School Principals Month, an annual observance to recognize and honor the hard work and dedication of school principals across the nation. This month provides an opportunity for students, staff, and communities to show appreciation for their leadership, vision, and efforts in creating positive and effective learning environments. It is a time to acknowledge their critical role in shaping the future of students and supporting teachers.
We are thankful for their outstanding service to our district!

HS Band - Southern Boone Marching Band Festival CANCELLED today due to incoming weather.
We had our 1st Quarter GLOW sheet drawing and Riley Gamroth and Liam Bialczyk were the lucky winners! All students who earned a GLOW sheet received a prize for their “glowing” effort!
Congratulations to Saige Garner as she hit a volleyball career milestone of 500 assists at our game against Calvary Lutheran on Tuesday! 🏐
BMS Art classes have been working hard researching and painting chairs to be auctioned off. We will start the online bidding Oct. 15 and the bidding will close at 6:00 on Monday, October 20 at Parent Teacher conference. The chairs will be on display at Parent Teacher Conferences Monday, October 20 from 1:00-7:00 pm. Minimum starting bid is $10. All proceeds help our BMS Art department!
