Yesterday Juniors and Seniors took the ACT WorkKeys Test. The ACT WorkKeys Test is an assessment to measure the foundation skills required for success in the workplace , and help measure skills that can affect job performance and opportunity. The WorkKeys is a great tool to add to a resume for a job application and is used in many hiring situations for companies.
Last night we hosted the second GVC academic bowl competition of the season. Our team competed very well going 1-4 on the night. Great job Ms. Bonham coordinating a wonderful event!

The Maries County R-II School District is seeking applicants for the position of Special Education Teacher. Applicant must have Special Education Cross/Categorical K-12 certification. Qualifications: Candidate will participate in the IEP process by attending IEP meetings, collaborating with IEP team members, communicating with students and parents, preparing IEP paperwork, and delivering instruction to enable students to make IEP goal progress. Candidate will maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative procedures and will manage their own case load of students.
